Originally from Virginia, Amy came to the Dean of Students office after working in the Duke University Medical Center since 2000. Amy received her undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She obtained clinical licensure in social work in 2005. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and son and doing just about anything outside (in the warmer months!).
