JASON KILMER received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington in 1997.  Since the Fall of 1999, he has been working in the Counseling Center at The Evergreen State College as the school's Addictive Behaviors Specialist, and teaches as an adjunct member of the faculty.  As an investigator on several studies evaluating prevention and intervention efforts for alcohol and drug use by college students, Dr. Kilmer continues his seventeen-year affiliation with the Addictive Behaviors Research Center at the University of Washington.  Dr. Kilmer also works as the Substance Abuse Prevention Program Coordinator for Saint Martin's University.  Dr. Kilmer was the 2004 recipient of the Outstanding Mid-Level Professional award for Region V of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA).  He has provided several hundred prevention programs about substance use to college groups including fraternity and sorority members, sanctioned students, student athletes, residence hall members, and first-year college students. 

 
LINDA MAJOR has over 20 years experience in community organizing and substance abuse prevention.  She currently serves as University of Nebraska at Lincoln's Director of Student Involvement.  Prior to her work on the grant she was the Alcohol and Drug Coordinator of NU’s Community Education Offices .  She currently serves as the Director of NU Directions at the University of Nebraska
